How To Use

De-Stressing & Relaxing Spray : For relaxing tired and sore muscles, apply directly on the aching joints & muscles.

Anxiety Relief Balm : Apply to nostrils, temples and at the back of the neck forehead and arms. Use when experiencing any stress, anxiety.

Luxurious Scented Soy Candle ~ Amber & Oudh : Place the candle in the centre within the area of use. In order to get the best affect, light the candle for upto 4 hours at a time. Enjoy the decoration and fragrance bliss.

Epsom Bath Salt : Add 2-3 spoons of Bath Salt to warm water. Soak in and relax for atleast 15 minutes. Take a regular shower/bath after experiencing the salt bath.
